Product

Do you have the proper licensing? Are you allowed to use the artists on your products?

Yes. We use our long-standing music industry relationships to secure the required licensing rights.

Why is one item more expensive than the other? They look like the same shirt, other than the print.

There are significant costs associated with the licensing of celebrity photographs brand logos and other trademarks. Our pricing structure reflects this. For each item, the higher the royalty paid to an artist, photographer or copyright owner, the higher the price point. And vice versa. This is why you will find some pieces have different price points despite being identical in fabric, fit and quality. 

Ordering / Shipping

What if I need to modify my order?

Please email support@blazedmade.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been prepped for shipping it cannot be modified.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and tracking information. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

An item is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold-out, it is unavailable for purchase. Re-stock notifications are sent to Blazedmade email subscribers and posted on our social media handles.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

Blazedmade newsletter subscribers receive advance notice of all our releases. You can allow keep up to date on all releases by following us on Instagram.

Where does my order ship from?

Until further notice all orders ship from Vancouver, Canada. We are currently setting up L.A based distribution to begin this Fall. 

When will my order arrive?

Please expect 3-5 business days for shipping within Canada, 5-7 business days within the USA, and 7-10 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Do I have to pay customs, duties and/or taxes?

When international orders (orders outside Canada) reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance fees dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

DHL and Canada Post are liable for lost packages, however, please email support@blazedmade.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Returns

Return items received within 14 business days, in new condition with original tags attached, will receive a full refund. Please visit Returns for instructions.

Can I return sale items?

Sales items can not be returned or exchanged.

Currency

Shopify’s e-commerce platform requires all orders to be calculated in the same currency. In our case, this is USD. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lost and Damaged Items

Blazedmade is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of DHL and Canada Post. BlazedMade does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Fit and Sizing

How do I know what size will fit me best?

As of October 10th, 2018 all of our clothing will be available in unisex sizing only. Ladies, please size down. There is also a corresponding size guide below each product where you can view accurate measurements.

Garment Care

How do I care for the items that I purchased?

Machine wash in cold water with like colours. 

Tumble dry low.

Do not bleach.

Do not iron directly on printed graphics.
